Shincolon-RA230
Shincolon-RA continuous silicon carbide fibers are prepared by tuning the elemental composition and content of the fibers
Product Description
Shincolon-RA continuous silicon carbide fibers are prepared by tuning the elemental composition and content of the fibers. This type of fiber exhibits adjustable electrical resistivity, excellent high‑temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, and good compatibility with ceramic and resin matrices.
| Grade | Resistivity (Ω·cm) | Tow (K) | Diameter (μm) | Strength (GPa) | Modulus (GPa) | Oxygen content (wt%) |
| Shincolon-RA230 | 10¹~10² | 0.5/1.0 | 9.5±1.0 | ≥2.8 | ≥280 | <1.2 |
